Highlands elementary student Arabella Repard-Denniston invites classmate Joeli Jarvis to choose a “kindness fortune” from her basket on World Kindness Day last month. On this day, students, parents and staff were encouraged to draw a kindness fortune, act on it and share it throughout the day. The event was part of the broader Year of Kindness initiative at the school.
