Artist Sally Clark with a BC Hydro electrical box wrapped with one of her paintings The Light of the Forest is the Birds’ Delight. The box is located near the SeaBus bus loop. The art projects – five in total – are a joint partnership between the City of North Vancouver and BC Hydro.
