Big Book Sale Fundraiser: The Friends of the North Vancouver District Public Library will host a sale until Oct. 23, noon-4 p.m. at Lynn Valley library, 1277 Lynn Valley Rd., North Vancouver. Book and audio visual material prices range from 50 cents to $2. On Sunday everything is half price and a bag of books can be bought for $3 or a box for $6. Sale proceeds will provide book prizes for children's reading programs.
