How to Use Library Ebooks: A presentation covering the key points for setting up, searching and checking out e-books from the library's downloadable collection Thursday, Dec. 15, 7-8: 30 p.m. at the North Vancouver City Library, 120 West 14th St. Participants will leave with practical information and useful links to online e-reading support pages. No registration required.

Drop-in Book Club: The club will meet Wednesdays, every six weeks through June from 7 to 8: 30 p.m. at the North Vancouver City Library, 120 West 14th St. Books will be distributed at the end of each meeting for the following month's discussion. Dates and books to be discussed: Jan. 11, The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks; Feb. 22, The Sentimentalists; April 4, Freedom; May 16, Just Kids and June 27, The Imperfectionists.
