Firefighters Derek McCann, Brian Burgess and Laine Nelson get in some cleaning practice prior to the North Vancouver City Fire Department’s car wash and barbecue event this Saturday, June 10, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 165 East 13th St. All proceeds from the event will go towards the Canadian Cancer Society.
