Ahmed Riyaz Tahir, 21, has been handed a life sentence with no chance of parole for 17 years for the murder of Blerton (Toni) Dalipi, 19, outside Boss Vapes in Burnaby. At Tahir's sentencing, the court heard Dalipi had been a suspect in the killing of Bailey McKinney on a Coquitlam basketball court in April 2021.
