MONTREAL — Davis Alexander remains undefeated in the CFL after rallying for an epic comeback Thursday night, but the Montreal Alouettes might have to carry on without him once again.

WINNIPEG — The Winnipeg Blue Bombers have been waiting a long time for their chance to exact revenge after their worst loss of the season.

MONTREAL — The Montreal Alouettes signed Shawn Lemon to a contract through the rest of the CFL season Thursday, one day after the veteran defensive lineman was reinstated from a gambling suspension.

Adarius Pickett is back to being his disruptive self. The veteran linebacker was enjoying a solid first campaign with the Ottawa Redblacks in 2024 before suffering a season-ending Achilles injury.

Zach Collaros and the Winnipeg Blue Bombers get another shot at the Calgary Stampeders. Two weeks ago, Calgary handed Winnipeg its first loss of the season, 37-16 in the inaugural Stampede Bowl.

MONTREAL — The Montreal Alouettes want to bring their two-game skid to a halt. Welcoming back a quarterback who does nothing but win should only help.

TORONTO — Shawn Lemon can resume his CFL career, and a return to the Montreal Alouettes appears imminent. The CFL reinstated the veteran defensive lineman with conditions Wednesday.
