A new pub will anchor NorthWoods Village in the Maplewood area next year.
The framing for Colony Bar has already gone up at NorthWoods, with the eatery expected to open in early 2018.
Colony has a sister location in Kitsilano, which serves standard pub fare and craft beer and is a venue to watch sports and listen to live music.
