Lynn Valley Parent Participation Preschool members,including three-year-old Lucas Watson, recently celebrated their annual open house with the hatching of baby chicks.
As part of its learning curriculum, the preschool aquires fertilized eggs from a local farm and then the staff and kids patiently wait for the the baby chicks to emerge.
