Dear Editor:
On Tuesday, Dec. 11, I was in the lineup at Superstore, aisle number eight. The previous lady was just completing her order when she came back to the cashier making some comment about always being just shy of the amount needed (for a special offer) and she didn't want to go back through the store, did I mind? I thought she was asking if it was OK to go ahead of me and that was fine.
It wasn't until I was going over my bill that I realized she'd actually paid for a few of my groceries!
So, to the lady in aisle number eight, a belated thank you and a merry Christmas.
