Dear Editor:
Surely this spot of trouble over Brian's Fruit Stand is being blown out of proportion; he has a legitimate right, and license, to sell his fruit on Dickinson Crescent.
My suggestion would be that the municipality request he move into the nearby parkand-ride area so that the stand would no longer be visible to the objecting homeowner and so that car traffic could drive in.
The stand owner would be allowed to put up a sign on Dickinson.
The council should, at the same time, have an inspector check the location of his sign on Marine Drive, as it prevents cars exiting 31st Street from seeing traffic approaching from the west.
