Snowmageddon has gripped the woefully underprepared Lower Mainland for a month now.
Freezing temperatures have turned streets and sidewalks into sheets of ice, making for a perlious walk for all, including seniors and people with disabilities.
North Shore single-family homeowners and businesses are required to clear away the snow and ice, with the expection of single-family homes in North Vancouver district.
