Business owners are seeing green and wanting to get in on the ground floor as the federal government appears to be on the doorstep of legalizing marijuana.
Weeds Glass and Gifts in Lower Lonsdale and on Marine Drive started selling medical marijuana to its registered compassion club members in December, said store co-owner Michael Wuest.
Currently there are no regulations for medical marijuana shops in the City of North Vancouver.
