Dear Editor:
We were disturbed by your recent "Into the Deep" story with pictures of kids jumping into the Lynn Canyon pools (Aug. 19, North Shore News). Every year, there's a report of some young person drowning in doing the same thing, and the public is warned to tell their children not to do this. public is warned to tell their children not to do this. Your photos show very young kids jumping into dangerous, rocky, fast moving waters. Doesn't this seem very irresponsible reporting? To us it does.
