Friday's North Shore News discussed the waterfront development by Ambleside. I vote for food trucks! No longer selling only hot dogs (unless they are hip Japadog) and stale coffee, these trucks offer innovative and popular food that is often produced with top quality, local, sustainable items. Way more fun that a restaurant and perfect for West Vancouver where there are always people out walking.
The areas around food trucks draw people and seem to develop vibrancy; the long lineups attest to their popularity.
