Dear Editor:
I read the story about "little kindergartners huddling under slides, freezing in the cold rain" with incredulity. Either kids go outdoors, or they don't. What's next - patio heaters on the soccer pitch? Sheesh! Get some good rain gear going for your kid and thank your lucky stars our children live in such privileged surroundings - unlike the vast majority of children on this planet, many of whom can't raise enough money for food, let alone covered playground equipment.
