Dear Editor:
On Aug. 9, I tripped over shoes that I had left in the middle of a cement floor and fell hard on my left shoulder, dislocating and generally making a mess of it.
I've had some experience in other hospitals, and though they were good, Lions Gate Hospital is still the very best, and all of the doctors, nurses and technicians that looked after me were firstclass. We are very lucky to have such a great institution on the North Shore. To the ambulance crew, the emergency department, the day care staff and of course the orthopedic surgeons and the OR staff: please accept the sincere thanks from my family and myself, for the care and consideration I received.
