To the lady in the red compact sedan who honked at the man in the blue Ford on Chesterfield Avenue about 7:30 p.m. Thursday (Oct. 30) evening: SORRY! I stopped and gestured to you to say I had the right of way, but a moment later, realized you had the right of way. I'm usually careful on the road but was confused in the dark and rain.
