Dear Editor:
It is well nigh impossible to travel from Dollarton Highway west without endless lines of traffic slowing the pace. Road construction on both the Low Level and Third Street hill at the same time is, to put it mildly, mind boggling - at times requiring 45 minutes to one hour for doctor/dentist appointments, shopping or visits to friends in hospital. Adding more highrises and other buildings before adequately ensuring the wishes and needs of affected taxpayers in both North Vancouver City and District is not only unfair and most likely to be shown at the ballot box.
