Hope this email finds you well.
Attached you will find a photo of my neighbours Dave Rawson and Gord Smith. They are the Street Stewards for the 16th and Moody traffic circle.
The City of North Vancouver donated a few perennials, but most of the annuals are purchased by Dave and Gord themselves. Their hard work and effort is rewarded when the flowers come into bloom.
They decided to bring Christmas to their circle while spreading an important message. Together they made Bruce The Moose with a sign saying “Be Cool ... Don’t Drink and Drive.”
As a fellow neighbour, I see how much work these two put into this circle, all on their free time. I thought this might be of interest to you and your readers, given the season, and with happy North Van residents trying to make a difference.
