Re: Federal Tribunal to Hear West Van Seawalk Dispute, Aug. 30 front-page story.
CN’s request to charge West Vancouver an annual fee for public access to the seawall walk is the example of a corporation that has lost its good sense or understanding of a social responsibility.
They should continue to provide access to this publicly owned property or loose their lease on it.
Fifty years of public walking access should overrule.
