Re: Mayor Calls for Downtown Subway Tunnel Study, March 2 news story.
This is rich! (City of North Vancouver Mayor) Mussatto calling for a feasibility study of a transportation tunnel under the Burrard Inlet, many of which have already been done, while at the same time refusing to co-operate with a study into the amalgamation of North Vancouver.
He is urging his fellow municipal and provincial politicians to look beyond the short term, something for which they can take credit for while trying to get re-elected, and do the right thing. Classic political hypocrisy!
