Dear Editor:
Oh dear, these articles (ongoing articles re: corporate donations to the Clark government) have shattered my childlike faith in democratic government. Here I thought these donors were simply showing their appreciation and support for a well-run government (not my opinion, but ... no accounting for taste) and now I see that they may be just “casting their bread upon the waters” and hoping for a nice return in future. The old familiar quid pro quo.
I see that this so-called Liberal government is simply a relabelled SoCred outfit. Plus ça change...
