Dear Editor:
I was at the transfer station this morning and paid $22 for may fee to get rid of the garbage from my house.
On top of that fee I was charged a $5 transaction fee. I don’t know how Metro Vancouver thinks it can charge a fee to process a fee. This is more clawback and unreasonable.
