Dear Editor:
Lions Gate Hospital needs some positive reviews. My wife was sent to emergency by her doctor and got immediate attention. During the five days she was in emergency she had an MRI, CT scans and a biopsy to determine the necessary treatment for her condition. She was then transferred to the sixth floor when space become available and continued to receive excellent care from all the staff. My wife eventually graduated from a liquid diet to solid food, which was quite tasty, and I agree since I happened to sample some. [It was] a positive three-week stay for someone who had not been in hospital since the ’60s.
