Dear Editor:
Overpriced housing in North Vancouver.
We are currently looking to purchase a house in our community, but with the prices that we are dealing with these days we can’t afford to stay in the place we have been living for the past 25 years. There are houses for sale (example 920 Melbourne Ave.) that are almost $700,000 over the BC Assessment value for 2015.
