Dear Editor:
It amazes me that council for West Vancouver is so concerned about “monster houses” — as if they can be arbiters of such things — and yet ... to my horror I see that there is another gas station going in on Marine Drive (at 14th Street).
And not just anywhere but at the very entrance to the (Ambleside) village. Talk about “paving over paradise”!
Who were the council members who OK’d that? And why do we need yet another gas station?
