Chris Dagenais always writes a fine article which gets one curious about exploring our local eateries.
Thanks to him for taking time and valued lines away from his usual reviews to share his personal reflection of Chef Bourdain’s influence (Anthony Bourdain honoured the traditions of others June 15).
The article is an excellent reminder that food is a vehicle with which we can be given space to get to know each other. We are more alike than different. Well written Chris; thank you.
