Dear Editor:
Yesterday, I was parked at Lynn Valley shopping centre. I went to the library to return a book and then to Kin’s for produce.
Returning to my car, there was a violation notice from Concord (parking management services). I left a message on their number and then called the centre. The person I spoke to said I should do my shopping first and then go to the library. They are trying to crack down on people who park for other purposes than shopping.
While I agree with that aim, I do not feel I should be told what order I should proceed with my brief chores.
