Re: City of N. Van Votes Down Draft OCP , Oct. 1 The City of North Vancouver wants to allow homeowners to have secondary suites and coach houses? Unless they also
plan to enforce off-street parking, the streets of the city will become clogged with vehicles. Apart from the obvious loss of any street appeal, the potentially huge increase in density in these neighbourhoods will reduce property values. Secondary suites or coach houses - choose one. Otherwise, the city may as well eliminate single family dwellings altogether.
