Dear Editor:
An open letter to Lynn Valley drivers: It happened twice today. I was walking through the intersection of Lynn Valley Road and Mountain Highway and cars sailed through the red light before turning right.
You must come to a full stop before turning right on a red light. Often when you have that red light, the pedestrians directly in front of you have the walk sign.
