Dear Editor:
Ambleside artist studios (I believe we are now up to four), which cater to a very small minority, should not be taking up prime waterfront space. They all need to be relocated elsewhere. These buildings all need to come down, along with any empty houses. Waterfront areas should be available for the enjoyment of all West Vancouver residents.
