In an attempt to both celebrate and subvert Science Literacy Week, we hit Marine Drive for an extremely unscientific survey of the scientific acumen of North Shore residents.
Forty per cent of Canadians believe the science on climate change is unclear, according to the Ontario Science Centre. However, 80 per cent of the residents in our illuminating, 35-minute study concluded that we the people are having some impact on the climate.
We can deny ourselves another drink, Sasquatch, and bail, but not climate change.
