Whether that boost is a boon or burden for the economy depends largely on whether you’re waiting for the economy to trickle down or you’re one of the lucky few doing the trickling.

For the middle-out school of thinkers, B.C.’s economy is akin to an Oreo: the more you put in the middle, the better it is for everyone.
