He had no reservations about food and he ventured to parts unknown in search of it. Chef, writer, TV host and self-described “enthusiast” Anthony Bourdain died last week at 61. Bourdain’s passing has been widely mourned by people all over the world because of his unpretentious, culturally sensitive and empathetic approach to food and travel.
