INQUIRING REPORTER: What election issues are important to students?

Advance voting might have started today, but some post-secondary students across the country have already had the opportunity to cast their ballots for this federal election during the past week.

Starting last Friday, Elections Canada opened up Vote on Campus offices across 119 university and colleges across Canada, including at Capilano University.

The North Shore News recently visited CapU’s North Van campus to ask students what election issues were on their mind before casting their votes. Flip through the slide show (above) to see students' responses.

Election day is Oct. 21.
