Using cannabis for recreational purposes was officially legalized in Canada on Oct. 17. The B.C. government had to come up with its own rules and regulations for the distribution and retailing of pot sales.
The government also engaged in an educational campaign to let people know about legalization and the new rules.
With all this going on we asked the North Shore public if they believed they were well informed and received enough information about the new provincial regulations in the leadup to legalization.
