Every so often, two solitudes ponder what might happen if two became one. The District of North Vancouver recently sent a letter to the City of North Vancouver, inviting them to partner up in creating a public opinion survey that would study the true costs and benefits of amalgamation.
The City of North Vancouver voted 4-3 during Monday’s meeting in favour of receiving the letter and directed staff to look at a framework for possibly proceeding with the study. We asked people if the North Vans should go forward with reunification.
