Deep Cove has been dealing with a record number of tourists drawn to the area’s beauty. However, traffic and parking issues have plagued residents, leading District of North Vancouver council to come up with solutions.

Deep Cove has been dealing with a record number of tourists drawn to the area’s beauty. However, traffic and parking issues have plagued residents, leading District of North Vancouver council to come up with solutions.

Council recently moved to station park rangers at Quarry Rock, which attracts huge numbers of hikers, in order to allow no more than 70 hikers on the rock at once, or close it altogether if necessary. Will this be an effective solution to Deep Cove’s woes?
