Dear Editor:
Thank you to the group of cyclists, who searched, found and captured our runaway chocolate lab on the evening of May 10. The heroes were cycling by Marine and 22nd in West Vancouver where the dog was last spotted and readily agreed to join the search, spreading out and finding her on Bellevue Avenue. In a panicked state she bolted and the heroes stood by until she was safely back on a lead.
It is heartwarming when residents come to the aid of others.
