Dear Editor: Think that motorists have a hard time getting around Park Royal South? Try being a pedestrian! Almost the entire length of the mall is blocked off because of construction. Arriving by bus from downtown, I followed the signs "pedestrian walkway" and was forced to retrace my steps to Taylor Way before picking my way along a temporary "sidewalk" with only traffic cones separating me from the busy street.
The advertisement says "parkroyalconnected.com" - but it's very much disconnected and dysfunctional for a functional pedestrian, let alone those who have limited ambulatory skills.
