Dear Editor:
I am puzzled that with so much ink devoted to West Vancouver bus shelters regarding their design, art displays, leaks and more, that no one seems to have noticed the lack of general cleanliness. Many, especially the two at Park Royal Shopping Centre, are an absolute disgrace. Discarded paper cups, newspapers, cigarette butts and general litter cover the interior ground and surroundings of these structures.
I don't know who is responsible for cleaning these areas, but whoever it is, should be ashamed to let it come to such a disgraceful condition.
