How would you address the district’s transportation needs? Support various recommendations from the INSTPP report. I believe our Dollarton to Mountain Hwy interchange upgrades will greatly assist in reducing congestion. To continue a single through lane to Londsdale for traffic not headed to the bride. Continue to support and improve ride share opportunity. Long term; rapid transit.
Are you open to amalgamating with the City of North Vancouver? Yes, to amalgamation. Let's us reduce duplication of services and allows us to coordinate traffic infrastructures. Also, diversifies our living and work force.
Do you support the planned Maplewood Innovation District? There is no question that aspects of this proposal are compelling. This would be a 15 year implementation. I believe it has a workable framework.
