Traffic Problem - We need the Skytrain now and de-bottleneck system Respect for residents and Council members.

Is the city managing growth appropriately? No, we need to focus our priorities on infrastructure to support our current population and growth that will benefits residents and not developers.

Are you open to amalgamating with the District of North Vancouver? No, these are two very different communities. The City is in a good financial shape and why spend our City savings on District residents.

Should the city facilitate affordable housing and if so, how? Yes, we could built Affordable Housing on City owned property, half affordable based on income and half market, with provincial help.
