Is the present council effectively managing growth in the municipality? Not as well as it should. We need to restore a healthy demographic balance that will bring back the ‘missing middle’...a years long process. And while we are doing this, we must ensure our road and transit capacity adequately supports new development without impacting existing neighbourhoods.

My vision? ...a landscaped seaside park with a naturalized shoreline beach that provides an intimate connection to the ocean and celebrates our waterfront history and First Nations culture. The beloved Ferry Building, Silk Purse and Hollyburn Sailing Club all deserve to be retained. No additional buildings are needed...
