Wet week ahead: Vancouver forecast calls for seven days of rain

After Vancouver received 34 cm of snowfall in five days last week, this week's forecast is calling for seven straight days of rainfall.

Starting Monday, Jan. 20, Environment Canada calls for rain during the day with a high of 8 C, with total rainfall amounts of five to 10 cm expected. The evening forecast calls for roughly 5 cm of rain and a low of 3 C. Tuesday is also expected to see rainfall with a high of 8 C and a low of 5 C. Total rainfall amounts of five to 10 cm are expected. 

Wednesday, Thursday and Friday are expected to see rainfall, with daily highs ranging between 8 C and 10 C. Lows will range between 6 C and 8 C. Saturday's forecast calls for rain during the day with a 60 per cent chance of showers overnight.

Sunday's forecast also calls for a 60 per cent chance of showers.
