Vehicles in the Hope for Canada Convoy make their message clear as they travel west on the Upper Levels before turning around at Horseshoe Bay and ending their rally in downtown Vancouver.
The pro-oil protesters left from Hope mid-morning Saturday (March 16) and plan to continue the Hope to Vancouver convoy monthly.
