Survey says . . . try again.

If you filled out a survey about the Delbrook lands between 5 p.m. on June 18 and 12:28 p.m. on June 19, your response has been lost.

Due to human error, 24 surveys filled out during that 19.5-hour window were deleted, according to a message from the District of North Vancouver’s manager of strategic services Mairi Welman.

“If you believe you completed the survey during that time period, we ask that you go back and take the survey again, to ensure that your voice is heard,” Welman urged.

Because there is technology to flag multiple responses from the same computer in order to ensure each response is counted only once, anyone unsure when they answered the survey should feel free to retake the survey, Welman wrote.

The survey company has made changes to ensure the same mistake won’t happen again, according to a release from the district.

The purpose of the survey is to review options for the land formerly occupied by the rec centre at Queens Road and Stanley Avenue.

The survey is slated to close June 30.
