Vancouver native Sam Mulligan, who trains with the Grouse Mountain Tyee Ski Club, will also take part in the men’s event. Mulligan scored a fourth-place finish at last year’s world juniors to help Canada win the team event. The competition is open to any racers born in 1997 or later.
