Collingwood scores first ever trip to senior girls soccer provincials

The Collingwood Cavaliers will line up for the senior girls AA provincial soccer shampionships for the first time in team history following a dramatic run through the zone playoffs.

The Collingwood Cavaliers will line up for the senior girls AA provincial soccer shampionships for the first time in team history following a dramatic run through the zone playoffs.

The Cavaliers earned a come-from-behind, 2-1 overtime win over the Sutherland Sabres May 16 to book their spot in provincials running May 31-June 2 in Kamloops. 

At the AAA level the North Shore will be represnted by the Argyle Pipers, who finished first in North Shore league play and then cruised into the provincal championships with a 3-0 win over New Westminster in the zone playoffs. The AAA provincial championships will run May 30-June 1 in Vancouver.
